Ordering an item from FrozenDrinkMixes™? We can ship to virtually any address in the United States.
Delivery Time
When you place an order with FrozenDrinkMixes™, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you, based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. We ship immediately once your order and payment have been verified depending on the stock on hand. Once you have placed your order, you will be able to see both shipping and delivery date estimates in the order confirmation e-mail and in the relevant order summary in Your Account.
Calculating Cost
Shipping costs for orders from FrozenDrinkMixes™ depend upon the methods and options you choose. The shipping rates for items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page, and a total weight is calculated prior to completing your purchase. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Returns Policy
You may return most items sold by FrozenDrinkMixes™ within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We will also pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error. We cannot accept returns of certain items, including:

Problem with an Order?
If something is wrong with a
FrozenDrinkMixes™ order, we most certainly want
to help you. If
the item is damaged or defective, we will
ask you to indicate the number of items you are
returning, the reason for return, and whether you
would like a refund or a replacement item sent to
you.
Did you receive the wrong item or an item you did
not order? Visit our Returns Center. You will see
a section at the bottom of the list of items in
your order where you can indicate items that you
did not order. We will ask you to indicate the
number of items you are returning, as well as
whether they arrived instead of or in addition to
items that you did order. We will also ask you
whether you need a refund or a replacement sent to
you.
Are you missing an item? Check the packing slip
that was included with your shipment. In order to
fill your order quickly and efficiently with items
already in stock at different fulfillment centers,
we may have split your order into multiple
shipments, which we would indicate on the packing
slip. If this is the case, rest assured that you
will not be charged any additional shipping costs
beyond those you had originally authorized. Visit
the relevant order summary in Your Account for
estimated delivery dates for every shipment
associated with your order.

received your order at all and think that you
should have by now, visit the relevant order
summary in Your Account. Here you will find
updated availability information, estimated
delivery dates, and even shipment tracking numbers
when the carrier has made them available.
